Clara Margarita is a Venezuelan artists specializing in painting and sculpture. She most often explores the confrontation with her own body and relationships in her work.

She had dreams of being an artist as a kid, but never followed through instead pursuing a career in Economics. However, in November of 2022 she visited a Joan Mitchell exhibition that altered her course immediately. Thereafter, she dedicated herself to studying multiple mediums of art including painting, drawing, printmaking, and sculpture.

While a student at Colgate University, Clara Margarita earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Art & Art History.
