Soft Tissue

Still exploring a kind of self-portrait, ‘Soft Tissue’ attempts to make vulnerable parts of the body into hard surfaces.

By casting body parts in plaster to be welded into size-accurate replicas, I created a version of my body that can withstand much more than the original.
